Dear Prospective Client:
Church and Korhonen, PC offers consumer bankruptcy representation for residents living anywhere in the Upper Peninsula. If you have money troubles and feel as if there is no help in sight, think of Church and Korhonen, PC.
My partner, Cara Korhonen, and I are both longstanding members of the State Bar of Michigan. We opened our practice in 2010 with the sole intent of helping individuals struggling with financial problems during challenging economic times. We help our clients successfully navigate the complexity of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court where they obtain a fresh financial start in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Together, Cara and I bring over 30 years of combined legal experience to the firm and our case manager Patty, brings an additional 12 years of legal administrative experience to the equation. In my opinion, our customer service is responsive, respectful and creates a strong feeling of confidence for our clients.
We believe in offering high quality representation for a reasonable cost. Accordingly, we do not charge for initial consultations and we offer easy payment plans, low initial retainer deposits and a flat fee on all Chapter 7 and 13 cases.
Although our client base is throughout the U.P., it is not necessary for people to travel to Marquette simply to do business with us since we handle many matters over the phone, through the mail and over the Internet. Naturally, if clients do file a bankruptcy petition, they will need to travel to Marquette once for the mandatory 341 Meeting of the creditors. Otherwise, it is the clients’ choice if they wish to travel to Marquette to meet with us.
If you are struggling with money troubles, experiencing creditor harassment, garnishment or asset seizures please think of Church and Korhonen, PC.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
